Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property as we expected from others. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can notify us through our DMCA Agent for takedown requests. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA from infringement claims.
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted material allegedly infringed;
- Details of the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information of the complainant;
- A statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use;
- A statement of accuracy and authorization to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC ยง512(f), penalties can be imposed for misrepresentation in infringement notifications. Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt action.
It is important to note that we may share information with alleged infringers in copyright claims. By submitting a claim, you agree to this disclosure.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright claims, a counter notification can be submitted to our DMCA Agent. The notification must include your signature, details of the material taken down, a statement of good faith belief, and your contact information.
Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict stance against copyright infringement and maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat infringers. Violators of our policy will face account termination.
Modifications
We retain the right to alter our DMCA policy and its procedures at any time. It is recommended to revisit this page regularly for updates and changes.
